Frequently asked questions

How do I share my flock with someone?

Settings › Account & sharing › Share with others shows your invite code. The other person opens the same page in their app, taps I received a code and enters the 8 characters. Up to six people can look after one flock.

Is my data backed up?

Yes. With your account, chickens, eggs and photos are synced between your devices and backed up on the server. Deleted items stay in the trash for 30 days.

How do I get rid of the sample hens?

At the top of the Chickens tab there is a note with Remove. Your own chickens are kept.

How do I delete my account?

Settings › Account & sharing › Delete account. This deletes your account, the flocks you use on your own, and their photos on the server.

Can I export my data?

Settings › Data › Export as CSV – for spreadsheet apps such as Excel or Numbers.
